1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using easykonvert.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
EasyKonvert provides free, browser-based tools for converting, compressing, and editing PDF, image, and video files. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Upload files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Upload files that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the files you upload. EasyKonvert claims no rights over your content. We process files solely to perform the conversion you request and delete them immediately afterwards.
The EasyKonvert name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
5. File Processing & Deletion
- Files uploaded for conversion are processed in server memory and are not stored permanently.
- Shared files (via the Share feature) are stored temporarily and automatically deleted upon expiry.
- We do not access, inspect, or share your files for any purpose other than performing the requested conversion.
6. Rate Limiting
To ensure fair access for all users, the Service may impose rate limits on the number of conversions from a single IP address within a given time window. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EASYKONVERT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASYKONVERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyKonvert and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
